I am Emily and I am the head baker at Silver Sweet Treats! I am 17, and truly love to bake. What started as exploding cupcakes, literally, has turned into one of my greatest passions in life. There were many starts to this, but the most memorable one was the passing of my dog. I was at my grandma's house, and to distract from the pain we made brownies. I fell in love with the art of adding, subtracting, substituting, and experimenting with food, specifically baked goods. From that point on, I made it my mission to start a business. The getting good at it came along the way. From brainstorming business names at Hanukkah, to having to print out 500 more business cards, I have put so much love into Silver Sweet Treats, and do so with every experiment, order, and pinch of salt.
